With its main focus in The Netherlands, however also abroad, SoeSoe PR & Events has gained quite some experience in creating an atmosphere during fashion shows, conferences, video clips, lectures, workshops, presentations, exhibitions and photo sessions together with its enthusiastic and professional team members.

‘Wat? Ben jij Indisch? Een kwart zeker…of ben je heel? Echt niet te zien..’
Soms weet de persoon in kwestie het ook niet meer en komt met rekenkundige sommetjes aan om uit te leggen dat er wel degelijk iets Indisch aan hem of haar is.
Misverstanden, onwetendheid over de gemengdheid van Indische Nederlanders of de Indo-Europeaan. Nog steeds weten wij te weinig over elkaar en ons eigen identiteit.
In dit project werkt SoeSoe PR & Events samen met Hoezo Indo en portretteert in beeld en in schrift de jonge Indo. Op een luchtige manier met een verrassend spelelement bieden we ons project aan op scholen in het voortgezet onderwijs en wie weet sta je zelf ook steil achterover van verbazing.
‘What? You have Indonesian blood? A quarter I’m sure or full blood, are you really sure? Surely can’t tell…’
Sometimes the person in question doesn’t know the answer to that and comes up with arithmetic sums to explain that there is definitely something Indonesian about him or her.
Misunderstandings, ignorance about the mix of Indonesian and Dutch Indo-European. We still know too little about each other and our own identity.
In this project SoeSoe PR & Events along with Hoezo Indo portrays the young Indo on screen and in writing. In a light-hearted way with a surprising element of play, we offer our project to school classes and maybe you’ll be surprised yourself.
